The Fertility Center offers local - York, Lancaster, and Harrisburg, PA - infertility treatment with outstanding pregnancy rates! The Fertility Center's IVF Shared Risk program was developed to reduce a couple's financial anxiety and make the cost of treatments more predictable. The program minimizes financial risk by fixing the cost of treatment and providing a refund if treatment is unsuccessful. Success means delivery of a live baby. In the event that a baby is not delivered, the refund allows couples financial resources for other family building options.
If you qualify for the program, you may attempt up to 6 IVF cycles for a fixed fee. Acceptance into the program is based on criteria developed by The Fertility Center and a patient must not have insurance coverage to be considered for shared risk. Not all patients qualify for shared risk and cases are reviewed on an individual basis.
Some of our inclusion criteria are that: the woman must be able to complete all six cycles before her 38th birthday, her BMI (body mass index) must be less than 30, her day 3 FSH must be < 8.0 and her estradiol must be < 60.0, she must have a resting follicle count of >5 in each ovary, she must have a normal sonohysterogram, and no evidence of hydrosalpinges. We do include male factor couples, donor sperm, and donor egg patients in our Shared Risk IVF Program.
