You might be thinking – those all sound great. But I’ve got things to do. I’m stressed. I’m SO busy. I wish I could commit to that. And you’re right – all of those things are true.

You’ll find that knowing someone else is doing it with you and is depending on you to stay committed keeps you going longer than you would have thought. You can share your lives together while you work out, and you might find a friend who will be a great support as you explore your fertility concerns.
