Try this simple strategy.
It’s been shown that the healthier you are, the more likely conception will occur. But building an active and nutritious lifestyle doesn’t have to be an uphill battle. If you focus on small ways to improve your daily habits, you’ll find that you will feel better – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Try these tips to spruce up your daily health and fitness:
Park far away or get off public transit a stop early, then walk the rest of the way to your destination.
Carry a water bottle with you at all times, and nix any sugary drinks.
Take the stairs, not the elevator.
Incorporate some light stretching into your morning routine.
Instead of grabbing more coffee, take a brisk 10-minute walk around the office a couple of times each day.
Do low-intensity exercise while watching T.V., such as crunches, walking on a treadmill, or some yoga poses.
Find a friend to exercise with twice a week – walking, going to a gym or fitness class, or doing a workout video together.
Buy only healthy snacks for work and your pantry – hummus, avocados, low-fat yogurt, fruit, or granola.
Go to bed on time.
Some of those steps might be harder than others, but many people report seeing a significant change if they intentionally incorporate some simple healthy living commitments into each day.
