Green, Red, and White
A big handful of green beans
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup slivered, unblanched almonds
1 tbsp grapeseed or other vegetable oil
Fresh black pepper
Place the cranberries in a small bowl and just cover with hot water. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Clean and trim the beans. Heat oil over a medium heat and add beans, stir-frying for about 3 minutes until bright green. Add cranberries, with water, and stir until water has mostly evaporated. Add almonds and cook for 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper,
