Go for a vigorous walk – amp it up to make sure your breathing is a bit labored, to train your heart to work hard.
Go for a bike ride – pumping your legs can have a surprising effect on your cardio health.
Go for a swim – this works all your muscle groups and gives you a cardio boost!
Go for a hike – and make it more than a quiet nature trail – climb some steep hills or boulders. Great toning and cardio strength!
Go for a spin/Zumba/body pump/step class at the gym – all will get your sweat on and your heart in shape.
